June 15, 2015:  GeoConex® Corporation assisted the Kendallville Police Department with upgrading their CAD system and integrating it with their current In-Synch Records Management System.  Robyn Wiley, Chief of Police, said, “GeoConex was very professional in their preparation for the integration of the two systems and in their connecting and going online with the new CAD system. Kentucky Department Selects GeoConex Zetron in 911 Center

The city of Mayfield (Ky.) Police Department announced the county's deployment of the GeoConex next-generation 9-1-1 (NG 9-1-1) CAD system, map viewer and AVL. The city also selected GeoConex to install a new Zetron emergency call-taking system for the dispatch center. GeoConex is an authorized dealer for Zetron and assisted the city with the replacement of its entire network and servers and with the creation of a redundant backup.

Campbell County (Tenn.) Emergency Communications District (ECD) announced the deployment of the GeoConex CAD, map viewer and mapmaker software. GeoConex also worked with Campbell County ECD on installation of all new hardware and networking for the center. Campbell County ECD took on the obstacle of becoming next-generation ready by choosing the GeoConex products to replace its existing system. Colbert County (Ala.) Emergency Management Communications District deployed the GeoConex next-generation 9-1-1 (NG 9-1-1) CAD system and map viewer. Colbert County 9-1-1 also selected GeoConex to provide new hardware, servers and workstations for the dispatch center. New technology allowed the city of Muscle Shoals Police Department to be virtually consolidated with Colbert County 9-1-1. When Colbert County 9-1-1 gets an emergency call that pertains to the city of Muscle Shoals, dispatchers will instantly see the information taken by Colbert County 9-1-1 on their screens, eliminating the process of transferring a call and having the dispatcher re-enter the information. With virtual consolidation, response times of first responders will be reduced by the instantaneous transfer of data to the Muscle Shoals Police Department dispatchers.
