Marshall County, Ky., E9-1-1 deployed GeoConex’s next-generation 9-1-1 (NG 9-1-1) CAD system and the GeoConex Viewer. In addition, the company will support the center’s Zetron phone system.

The CAD system integrates with Marshall County’s existing mobile solution and allows 9-1-1-call information and data to appear instantly on the dispatcher’s screens so that emergency response units can be quickly routed to the location of the incident. The Viewer is a data access and decision support solution for emergency response organizations. The map viewer software is also connected to the mobile police units in Marshall County, which allow them to view the exact location the dispatcher at the 9-1-1 center is viewing.
